The Federal Territory Mosque,
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

One of the grandest mosques in the world, this imposing structure can be seen for miles. Saray Design created the mosque’s soaring twenty-eight metre-high entrance gateway, a masterpiece of white marble inlaid with dark green granite calligraphy from the Qur’an. Inside the mosque, a dazzling mihrab prayer wall carved in a carved marble floral arabesque, inlaid with semi-precious stones, echoes the daily calls to prayer for the faithful.
