Saray founder, Mitchell Abdul Karim Crites, is a respected
scholar and author whose research and travels throughout
India and the Arab world have made him a leading force
for the renaissance of traditional Islamic and Indian
craftsmanship at the highest levels. Saray commissions
vary from landscape garden design to drinking glasses
hand carved from semi-precious stones.

the BBC2 series which featured an interview with Mitch
on the Jal Mahal or Water Palace in Jaipur where the
